Individual Training

Achieve your goals together

We train on a regular basis one-to-one, or in a group of up to 5 persons. It is more fun- in your home or in my rooms, out in the country or on a sports field. Your personal fitness goals can be reached more effectively with personal training.

An individual training plan will be designed to fulfill your needs. Small equipment such as dumbbells, rubber bands, pilates balls, medicine balls, flexi-bars, pezzi balls as well as hula-hoops are integrated in order to achieve body strength and firmness. Exercises with steps, trampoline and our own body are included to improve stamina. In addition we enjoy going out into the fresh air for jogging, walking, nordic walking und YOGA walking

You decide if you want to train alone or in a group with friends, family, colleagues or other people with a similar interest in order to achieve your goals.

You train together with me taking your individual wishes and requirements into consideration. First of all we will have an introduction meeting so that we can discuss your goals and concerns. At the same time you can get to know how I conduct my trainings and the methods used. Then you can decide if this is the right path for you. You decide if you want to train alone or in a group with friends, family, colleagues or other people with a similar interest in order to  achieve your goals.… at our second meeting we will conduct a fitness test as well as a first training session. This will be the basis for the individual training plan that I will create for you in order to meet your goals. Then we will start with the training sessions. You can decide how often, when and where!
