Jogging or running is an ideal endurance sport for

The statement: “It is never too late to begin” – whether young or old, corpulent or slim, male or female, short or tall – is also valid for jogging…
Through an individual programme I will help you to start jogging, or get back into it after a longer break. We will jog together and defeat any inner temptation you may have to give up.  We will start at your pace increase the distance and speed, if you wish, gradually.
