People Need Exercise – “A Rolling Stone Gathers No Moss”
Who does not know this slogan? But it is true! The human-being was not created to sit for a long time, lie on the couch or indulge in frustration eating….in the current age of fast living and stress this happens frequently and unfortunately has become an accepted way of life. The consequences are well-known: heart attack, stroke, diabetes, weight gain, back pain…just to name a few. Do not let this happen to you and make sure you have regular exercise. Integrate sport, walks or other activities into your daily plan and make it a routine part of your life. It does not matter how old you are – it is never too late to start! Your health and body will thank you for it!
