Achieve your goals together
We train on a regular basis one-to-one, or in a group of up to 5 persons. It is more fun- in your home or in my rooms, out in the country or on a sports field. Your personal fitness goals can be reached more effectively with personal training.
An individual training plan will be designed to fulfill your needs. Small equipment such as dumbbells, rubber bands, pilates balls, medicine balls, flexi-bars, pezzi balls as well as hula-hoops are integrated in order to achieve body strength and firmness. Exercises with steps, trampoline and our own body are included to improve stamina. In addition we enjoy going out into the fresh air for jogging, walking, nordic walking und YOGA walking
You decide if you want to train alone or in a group with friends, family, colleagues or other people with a similar interest in order to achieve your goals.

Sport in a group takes place in my sports rooms. The groups vary in size between 2-5 persons. The group training usually takes place at the same time once a week and lasts 60 minutes. You can train twice or several times a week if you wish. You will see that through regular training the following can be achieved:
- Increased vitality, well-being and body health
- Body shaping
- Back strength
- Improved and stamina
- Reduced stress
- Weight reduction – less body fat without having to count calories
- Relaxation through Body Balance Massages
After the sport session you may also want to indulge in a Sport and Wellness Massage! You can train in a group with friends, family, colleagues or other people with a similar interest in order to achieve your goals. I am looking forward to welcoming you

We can open a new group at any time. Just give me a call. We will find a time for training that suits your schedule.
